PTB Marketing learns your business and the specific platform we’ll be advertising you on (if we aren’t already familiar with it) by reviewing your application and conducting research. We then create a tailored Paid Search account optimized for your target audience. Utilizing advanced tools and industry-leading expertise, we identify the most effective keywords and audiences to maximize your campaign’s success.

The setup process can take up to 30 days (dependent on account complexity and time of year), after which we will activate your account. Your fully functional and ready-to-drive-results account will be live and active.

Setup Fees total $300.

At PTB, every account receives regular human attention, without exception.

As part of our process, we closely monitor the most critical KPIs on your account to prevent unexpected issues, such as errors, warnings, or alerts from causing unnecessary inconsistency. This proactive approach helps us address any potential problems quickly and saves our clients time and money.

For example, if Google makes changes that impact your cost-per-click (CPC), we’ll identify the issue and act fast, potentially saving you thousands of dollars in unnecessary expenses.

Email support tickets are included in our Essentials and Growth Plans, but please expect a response time of up to 2 business days to ensure we can adequately service all accounts.

In our Starter Plan, any additional communication not included in the plan, in any medium or form, will incur a fee of $150 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. This means you can receive expert managed PPC support at a minimal cost.

For an additional $150 per month, you can purchase a monthly 30-minute consulting call to discuss your account. This fee covers both the cost of the call itself and any preparation and follow-up time for your account manager. We want to ensure you feel informed and up-to-date on your account’s performance.

At PTB Marketing, we understand that communication is a crucial factor in agency-client partnerships. Excessive nitpicking of KPIs and constant questioning of agency decisions can lead to a breakdown in trust and ultimately, the demise of the relationship. By limiting communication in our plans to support emails responded to within 2 business days, we can ensure that the majority of our valuable, human time is spent managing accounts rather than communicating about them.
